This was my first try and scratch building anything and I feel it came out pretty well, all things considered. Its made from a mixture of balsa wood, card and plastic sheet. It was based on a picture i once saw of an old American shack, photographed at about the 1850s i think. It had such a run down ramshackle look to it that I decided to make a model of it.
